1. General provisions
These terms govern the use of synchron.uz and the ordering of services from SYNCHRON LLC (TIN 311769943). By using the website, you agree to these terms.
2. Information on the website
Prices and timelines on the website are starting estimates and do not constitute a public offer. The exact price, timeline and scope are set in a separate contract for each project.
3. Placing an order
After your request, we define the task and send a commercial proposal. Once terms are agreed, a contract and technical specification are signed — work begins after that.
4. Payment
Payment is made as set out in the contract, usually by stages. Ad budget, server, domain, license and AI API costs are not included in the work price and are paid separately.
5. Delivery of work
The result of each stage is shown to the client and approved. At the end, source code, account access and documentation are handed over.
6. Intellectual property
After full payment, property rights to the project results pass to the client unless the contract states otherwise. Texts, design and logo on the website belong to SYNCHRON LLC.
7. Liability
We are responsible for the agreed scope and quality of work. We are not liable for outages of third-party services (hosting, payment systems, ad platforms) or changes to their rules.
8. Dispute resolution
Disagreements are first resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is considered under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
